Hayden Investigations & Security Services, LLC  was founded in 2018 by Andrew J. Hayden after retiring with 28 years of law enforcement experience.  In 1995, he was selected to join the FBI as a Special Agent and served proudly in that capacity for over 23 years.  During that time, Hayden conducted thousands of interviews as the lead agent on investigations involving financial crimes, public corruption, cyber crimes, counterterrorism, narcotics trafficking, violent crimes, and internal investigations of misconduct.  He was twice promoted to supervisory positions at FBI Headquarters in Washington, DC and twice in Ohio based field operations leading staff across multiple investigative programs.  Hayden obtained and consistently honed his interviewing skills through decades of criminal investigative experience.   These same skills were further developed during two operational FBI deployments to the Middle East on behalf of the intelligence community.  Prior to the FBI, Hayden started his law enforcement career as a Cincinnati Police Officer where he remained for five years.  During such time, he served as a Patrol Officer and later developed and led Cincinnati’s first Mountain Bike Patrol program.  Ethics and integrity were integral to Hayden's productive law enforcement career and he has carried those same qualities to his work in private investigations.  

Hayden Investigations & Security Services now serves professional sports leagues in the United States conducting threat assessments and onsite security consulting for large scale sporting events.  Additional services include performing misconduct and background investigations and game day security services.  Additional contract work involves conducting full background investigations for the U.S. intelligence community.  

Hayden Investigations & Security Services, LLC is licensed in the State of Ohio.  Andrew J. Hayden is an Ohio licensed Class A Private Investigator and maintains all relevant insurance coverages.
